Who we are

CDP Pro operates this site. Questions and requests: support@cdppro.com. This notice covers cdppro.com only; the CDP Pro application at app.cdppro.com is covered separately.

Visiting the site

We collect nothing automatically. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and we have not enabled request logging on our hosting. If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign tags in the address (utm_…) are kept in your browser's session storage for that tab only, and are included with your application if you submit one. They are sent nowhere otherwise.

Applying for the beta

When you submit the form we store your work email, your organization, your answer about where your donor data lives, those campaign tags, the page you submitted from, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not store your IP address. Applications live in a database at Amazon Web Services (US East — Ohio), and a notification is emailed to our team.

What we use it for

Replying to you about the beta and understanding which tools applicants use. We don't add you to a newsletter or any automated sequence, and we don't sell or share applications with anyone.

How long we keep it

For as long as the beta programme runs, and we delete an application on request.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email support@cdppro.com from the address you applied with. That applies wherever you are.
