Every donor.
One profile.
Back up your CRM, email and fundraising tools into storage you own — then get one clean profile per donor, and pull any audience in plain words.
No credit card · your data stays in your own storage · leave anytime, take everything
A backup you own, first
Your data lands in your own storage, in open formats. Leave anytime and take everything.
Nothing changes silently
Every merge is explained and reversible. Borderline matches wait for you.
No SQL, no consultants
Built for the ops person wearing five hats. Plain words in, audiences out.
HOW IT WORKS
From five logins to one source of truth
Connect & back up
Sign in to each tool once. We discover what's there, recommend what to back up, and sync on your schedule — incremental, sealed, restorable.
AI maps, you approve
No field-matching spreadsheets. AI drafts how each source feeds your profiles and flags only what it's unsure about — nothing applies until you say so.
One golden profile each
Duplicates merge with receipts — which identifiers linked them, which source won each field. Every gift, open, and note on one person.
SEGMENTS
Ask for an audience the way you'd say it out loud
Type "donors who gave under $50 in the last 3 years" and get the exact list — with the rules spelled out in editable chips, a live count, and a CSV your email tool understands. Every segment refreshes after each sync.
- Lapsed donors before year-end appeals
- Opened every email, never gave — your warmest cold list
- Monthly donors who quietly skipped a month
FOUNDING PARTNER BETA
We're building this with a dozen orgs, not for a thousand
What founding partners get
- Free during beta, founding pricing locked for life after
- White-glove onboarding — we sit with you for the first connect & mapping
- A direct line to the team building it, and a vote on what ships next
- Your full vault, exportable from day one — no lock-in, ever
What we ask of you
- A 30-minute call every few weeks — tell us what's broken, bluntly
- Real data and real campaigns — the messy kind that makes it better
- Patience with rough edges — you'll see features days after we write them
Best fit right now: 5k–100k contacts across 2+ tools, someone who owns the donor data, US-based.

You're on the list, friend
We review applications weekly and send cohort invites to your inbox. If your stack is one we support today, you'll hear from us fast.
FAQ
Fair questions
What is CDP Pro?
A customer data platform built for small teams: it backs up every tool you use (CRM, email, fundraising) into storage you own, uses AI to assemble one golden profile per person, and lets you pull any audience by describing it in plain words. Backup first, insight second — you get a real disaster-recovery vault even if you never touch the rest.
Is my donor data safe with you?
It mostly is not "with us" — syncs land as open-format tables in your own bucket, sealed into timestamped restore points. Access tokens are encrypted and revocable, we request read-only scopes, and we never sell, share, or train on your data. Leave anytime; everything is exportable with standard tools.
Which tools do you connect to?
Today: Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM, and Classy (GoFundMe Pro). Stripe is next. Beta partners effectively pick the roadmap — if your stack includes something else, tell us in the application and it moves up the list.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing during the beta. Founding partners lock lifetime founding pricing when we launch publicly. In exchange we ask for honest feedback on a short call every few weeks, and your patience with rough edges.
Do I need a data person to use this?
No — that is the point. AI drafts the field mapping and only asks about the handful of fields it is unsure of; identity resolution explains every merge in plain English and holds borderline cases for your call; segments are typed, not coded. If you can write an email, you can run it.
How is this different from spreadsheets or a big CDP?
Spreadsheets go stale the day you export them; this refreshes after every sync. Enterprise CDPs assume a data team and a six-month rollout; this assumes one ops person and an afternoon. And unlike either, it starts with a backup you own — so the worst day at your CRM vendor is a non-event for you.
